ABOUT THE PROJECT:
With the remodeling of this kitchen, the owner was looking for a welcoming and spacious area that harmonized with the neighboring dining room. The popcorn ceiling, low bulkheads, and hallway partition created an outdated, crowded feeling. The ideal solution involved taking out these elements, along with the existing peninsula, and introducing a central island and Wellborn cabinetry.
Additionally, painting the previously stained window trim and incorporating light-colored wood flooring to match the range hood and playful pendant lights, brought a fresh radiance to the kitchen nook. The addition of a sea glass-hued ceramic backsplash and a retro refrigerator added the finishing touches to this project.
